How the Partnership Works
 
TBTG sources the contracts and manages the client relationship. You execute the work under the TBTG brand. Your rate is set by you — we receive 20% of the total invoice as a referral fee, and you receive the remaining 80%.
Before any project begins, TBTG formalizes the relationship with a referral agreement. This protects both sides and keeps expectations clear from the start.
