Describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with your work. What happened, and how did you handle it?

If a shoot did not go as planned — poor weather, technical issues, or a difficult subject — what is your process for making sure the client still gets what they need?

How do you communicate with clients (or the coordinating party) before, during, and after a shoot?

Walk us through your production-to-delivery workflow for a standard corporate or brand video project — from pre-production planning through final file delivery.

What video formats and aspect ratios do you deliver? Are you able to produce platform-specific cuts (e.g., 16:9 for web, 9:16 for social, square for feeds)?

Describe your approach to audio capture on location. What gear do you use, and how do you handle environments with poor acoustics or ambient noise?

Have you produced training, instructional, or explainer video content — the kind designed to teach or demonstrate rather than promote? Describe that work briefly.

How do you handle situations where footage is technically usable but not at the level you would normally deliver — a loud venue, an unplanned lighting change, a subject who struggled on camera?
