How the Partnership Works

TBTG connects the client to the right HR professional based on the specific need. The engagement runs under the TBTG brand — we set client expectations on the front end, you deliver the expertise. Your consulting rate is yours to set. TBTG receives 20% of the total engagement invoice as a referral fee, and you receive the remaining 80%.
Before any engagement begins, TBTG formalizes the relationship with a referral agreement. Terms are clear and in writing before any client work begins.

What TBTG Looks For in an HR Partner
