TBTG is a technology consultation firm based in Birmingham, AL, and we work with businesses, organizations, and individuals across the region on a wide range of professional projects — including photography. When a client needs a photographer, we refer the work out to a partner we trust. That partner is you. You show up, deliver excellent work, get paid your rate, and TBTG handles the client relationship on the front end.
It's that direct.

How the Partnership Works

TBTG acts as the connector. We build the client relationships, land the contracts, and bring you in to execute the work. The project stays under the TBTG brand, so the client knows us as the coordinator. You are the professional delivering the result.
Your rate is your rate. We receive 20% of the total invoice as a referral fee — that's our only ask. You set what you're worth, quote your standard rates, and receive the remaining 80%.
Before any work begins, TBTG initiates a formal referral agreement with each partner. Everything is documented, and everyone knows what to expect.
