Section 5: Quality and Professionalism

Describe a technical engagement where something went wrong — a misconfiguration, an unexpected compatibility issue, or a project that hit scope problems. What happened, and how did you resolve it?

How do you communicate technical findings and recommendations to a client who is not technically fluent? Describe your approach.

How do you handle a situation where a client's expectations for a project scope are misaligned with what the work actually requires?
